I see @lancetmicrobe.bsky.social from the lancet group published a study yesterday under pilot study ethics. This is great.

What is concerning is that a competing study was rejected a month ago from @ebiomedicine.bsky.social, AFTER PASSING PEER REV, as pilot study ethics insufficient. What changed?
