This court ruling is a win for all Americans.

Last week, a Republican-appointed judge ruled that the administration violated the Federal Advisory Committee Act by convening a secret group of climate skeptics to shape public policy.

Can't argue with the numbers. Trump's assault on clean energy is costing Americans their jobs, their wages and their rising electricity bills. The solution is simple: stop blocking wind and solar projects.

Chat, are toxic chemicals only dangerous if you consume them? House Republicans seem to think so. They're proposing to weaken the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), the law protecting Americans against the most harmful chemicals. Their goal is to take us back 50 years.

Wisconsinites' energy bills: Sky high. Why? "The president's budget bill, which cut tax credits for development of clean energy, winds up having a real negative impact on what people pay," says EDF Action's David Kieve at PNS. tinyurl.com/3zcdbt8z

More toxic chemicals = more sickness. It’s really that simple.

House Republicans proposed weakening the Toxic Substances Control Act, the main law protecting us from the worst toxic chemicals. Tell Congress: our health is not for sale.

Good news? In this economy?

Yes! Last week, the District Court of D.C. ruled that the Trump administration illegally canceled clean energy projects in 16 states. The administration targeted states that did not vote for Trump in the 2024 election.

Who benefits from Trump's energy shortage? Not everyday Americans.

Blocking clean energy that’s affordable and fast to deploy makes no sense at a time when one in four Americans are struggling to pay their electricity bills.

Lowering prices was the central promise of President Trump's campaign. One year in, he calls affordability a "hoax."

Since taking office one year ago, President Trump has done little to bring down the cost of living while bailing out fossil fuels and canceling affordable energy projects.

Mic drop moment from Sen. Whitehouse.

Need proof that clean energy is the cheapest? Grid operators call up electricity from solar, wind and battery first because they are cheap and reliable. Fossil fuels are a last resort. This isn’t politics—it’s economic sense.

Rep. Sykes said it best: our health is not for sale.

The chemical industry is pushing Congress to weaken protections against toxic chemicals. The Toxics Substances Control Act (TSCA) keeps harmful chemicals out of everyday products like cleaning products, electronics, furniture and more.

The chemical lobby wants to rewrite our chemical safety law to serve polluters, not our families. Hundreds of health and environmental groups, including EDF Action, sent Congress a clear message: reject any attempt to weaken the Toxic Substances Control Act. go.toxicfreefuture.org/tsca-sign-on...
