Why do I write about Christianity? Because Christianity is the greatest scam ever sold.

It doesn’t just take your money—it takes your time, your life, and your future.

Enough.

It's time to stop thinking about Christians as "the good guys" or Christianity as a "moral religion". It's never been that. It's always just been a PR facade to prop up an authoritarian ideology.
Christianity doesn’t teach morality—it teaches obedience. Instead of valuing all people equally (horizontal morality), it trains followers to submit to power (vertical morality). This is why Christians keep aligning with authoritarian rulers. I break it down in my latest essay. Free gift link:

We assume when people talk about morality, we’re all talking about the same thing. But, we’re not. There are actually two fundamentally different ways to understand what morality is for. Once you grasp this, a lot of evangelical behavior that seems baffling starts to make perfect sense. (gift link):

Evangelicals claim they're under attack—but what if their own isolation is to blame? My latest essay explores how their retreat from mainstream society fuels their persecution complex. Read here: medium.com/backyard-the... #Evangelicalism #Isolation #MAGA

Christian apologists often argue that the disciples’ willingness to die for their beliefs proves the truth of their claims about Jesus’ resurrection. At first glance, the idea is powerful and compelling. Yet, when we examine it more closely, this argument crumbles into dusty incoherence. (Free gift)

I really see this in my own evangelical family. Because their litmus test for whether someone is credible is if that person confirms their religious beliefs, they end of listening to some ridiculously crazy people. It's why they believe so many stupid conspiracies!
Evangelical Christianity is spiraling—and taking democracy with it. As their grip on reality slips, their grip on power grows more dangerous. Here’s why the worst is yet to come (free gift link on Medium):
