as Michael Heseltine is in the news right now, i should remind you that back in the mid-90s i shared a (very small) lift with him as he was on his way to lunch at The Beefsteak Club (my office was top floor of that building). he’s bloody enormous! 8ft tall at least!

i’m in Cologne, got to the start of the Puma Shake-Out run super-early, so did the Park Run. rain came down in stair rods halfway round, so sacked off the Puma run. still happy with the loosener…
