2 Redstart adjacent to cycleway south of quarry barnsness, hiding mostly.
1 Short eared owl high in off sea Skateraw then chased by corvids.
Didn't see yellow browed warbler. Peregrine Kestrel, Sparrowhawk, and Buzzard
all around cement works Dunbar.

6 Brent geese west of cramond, 8 red throated diver, 6manx shearwater, 5 Arctic skua, 40+ pinkfeet South and 60+ Kittiwakes high west at hound point.

After watching wryneck, I had a couple of hours at Hound point .
Usual birds seen.
On way home via cramond/silverknowes esplanade,
Spotted this whinchat on ruderals on Steep bank between marine drive and esplanade. Large flocks of goldfinch feeding on knapweed heads.

Musselburgh lagoons
Wood sandpiper, Curlew sandpiper, Marsh sandpiper, Spotted redshank ,Pectoral sandpiper all showing well or reasonably this morning.
Marsh sandpiper busting some Ballet moves. Slightly distant pectoral sandpiper. Spotted Redshank  having trouble with stickleback. 3 of 6 little egret chasing fish.

also at Musselburgh and an Osprey put every bird on the beach to flight.
The Black guillemot was a mere stones throw from sea wall,and the Marsh sandpiper came to the closer pools by hide.

Watching a Kingfisher is better with two birds.
