They knew she would be burdened with the racism and misogynoir in the electorate of this country, and still directed her to take up deeply unpopular causes.

I'll meet you halfway on that one. There's absolutely no doubt in anyone's mind that her being black and or a woman is why she lost the popular vote. She's the first Democrat to lose the popular vote in over 20 years.

Not only were my issues about Palestine, but my issue was also about how she responded to preserving trans rights. And I listen to the criticisms that she garnered while she had leadership roles in California. She's just a bad politician.

If you don't see how it's a failure of a campaign to write off constituents instead of giving the people what they want, that's a you problem. That makes you a poor politician and poor supporters of that politician.

Calling us single issue voters was a great way to write us off, but now I feel like enough time has passed where there's only a few people still saying that because all of the criticisms have had enough time to get around. But that shouldn't have been the problem in the first place.

The fact that the argument was "both of them are going to support genocide so you may as well vote for the black woman" was pretty fucking gross.

If they're both going to have the same stance about Palestine, then it doesn't matter. Racism isn't going to work out for you in this argument.

Basically. Contrary to popular belief people doing things you don't like isn't an excuse for war crimes and tyranny. But they've already made it clear that they're okay with bad things happening to people they don't like which is why they voted for Trump. Now they're getting what they voted for.
