I don't understand the logic here.

Why is it seemingly okay to dox people (which actively encourages all kinds of harm such as beatings, rape, murder, stalking, harassment, and bullying), but not okay to merely scare and humiliate the person causing said harm?

They claim "no one deserves a violent home invasion" and are against people being put "under threat of physical violence", kept as prisoners, and humiliated.
