And for the most part they do make their way back to the vault unless I’m actively thinking about them so I can have some peace of mind 🥰 (repression isn’t healthy but sometimes we have to make due when we can’t afford therapy 😭)

Sometimes a random little memory will make its way out and immediately I’m like “oh! That’s why that one was in the vault we keep closed… let’s just put that back in there” some aren’t even like outright traumatic, just related or something and my brain’s just not equipped to handle that
