Sunshine is finally ready for her forever home. This special girl came to us in a terrible state and scared of everything but we are pleased to say she is doing very well and with the right home will continue to blossom. Around 3 years old and 24 inches tts, her coat is growing back beautifully. She loves to play in a secure environment where she feels happy but the outside world is still quite scary so will need patience and understanding, she just wants to feel safe which is totally understandable considering what she must of gone through before coming to us. A good harness and collar is a must, double leaded at all times when walked. She doesn't pull on the lead and walks well but is very wary of what's around her in unknown open spaces. She travels well in the car and sleeps happily on the sofa or a dog bed at night, we are still having the odd accident but she's getting better. Cats are a no sorry. Also only adults in the household as she can be grumbly if woken by a human or other dog. She is a very loving and affectionate girl who loves nothing more than to cuddle up next to you. She loves her dog pals and they give her confidence but she can be jealous as she wants all the attention. So would be good as an only dog but with lots of doggy visitors and playdates. She has been left for 3 hours with other dogs and has been fine. If you have the time and patience to help Sunshine to continue to thrive please give Pip or Linda a call. Rainbow baby had a day out,she had a lovely time,ran around the garden and really enjoyed her adventure,she even had a little roast dinner,rainbows stumps are healing well and although we are still bandage changing and laser therapy everyday it's all healing well,pipxx

Tomorrow Elsie is off to the vets to have her dental. An amazing team of people will be there to watch over her because of her heart & the anaesthetic protocol written by her Cardiologist will be flowed to keep her as safe as possible.

It's nearly here! Come along tomorrow and have a wonderful day, supporting a fabulous rescue. Father Christmas will be in his grotto with special treats for children and dogs. Home made cakes and lots of stalls. Dog show is indoors, so no weather worries.
