Books are my refuge. Current read is a book I picked up at NCTE called Uprising by Jennifer A Nielsen. Intentionally began reading it at noon on 1/20/25. It's everything I needed it to be.

Day 1 of @NCTE24 in Boston is in the books. Listening to Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson share about a time when her daughter used her voice to advocate for change while sitting next to my own daughter gave me chills.
