Good on your adjuster. I was consulting with a friend who also handled total loss and still handles claim assignments, and they were baffled.

Just stay on them. Don't let them let you slip through the cracks anymore. Sounds like the claim handler be slacking

Alright. Yeah, their insurance should be covering the fees/charges and all out of the property damage side of it.

If they don't have enough on their policy to cover for the total loss and fees, they'll have to send you a letter to agree to the limit only.

But you'll have to be on all their asses

Sadly, yeah. Liabiltiy only essentially puts everything on you. Might wanna see if you can just sell it over to the yard if they also handle scrap or salvage. If not, need to contact a salvage yard and see what can be done.

I have just completed all the work on my new feature film. It is 100% done !!! I have now submitted it to film festivals for their consideration. It is my 7th theatrical indie feature film which I have written, produced, directed and acted in. I have self-funded all my films. No film website yet.

I'm good with all the Bradley ones. Hellworld is my personal guilty pleasure.
Judgment and Revelations are...brutal. Remake was decent, though, for what it was.

I actually didn't mind the new Child's Play. I think because they didn't try and just be the same movie as the OG. They did their own thing with it, and I was able to enjoy it on its own.

It's def not as good, but it had its own personality compared to F13 remake.

I still refuse to watch that. I've marathoned all the others, including Freddy vs Jason, multiple times. But I cannot bring myself to watch the remake. Remake Friday the 13th was tough enough to get through.
