Some time ago I sat down to try and explore Tekla's gear some more. I've been slowly creeping closer towards something that I can consider more or less complete.

Here's an early set of sketches from this process. I've finally added the trophy gauntlets to her belt!

A set of colored pencil sketches of an anthropomorphic cat fantasy warrior. In the leftmost sketch she is visible from the front, in the middle sketch she is visible from a slight angle, and the sketch on the right consists of the torso section beeing seen from the right profile. The character wears plate and maile armor mixed in with textiles - most notably a yellow, knee-long coat with short, padded sleeves - and is decorated with burgundy diagonal crosses. There are numerious thropies - armored gauntlets - hanging from the character's belt.

Another sketchpage with Tekla in the newer version of her outfit!

I think I've managed to make the trophy gauntlets at the belt into an interesting element of the overall silhouette. The design gets stronger and stronger with time. I'm quite proud of this.

A set of 3 color pencil sketches of Tekla, the anthropomorphic cat fantasy mercenary. In the sketch in the upper right she is visible from her hips up. She is turning with ther left side to the viewer, and has her left arm raised towards her right, as if swiping with her hand. Hed upper arm obscures the lower part of her face. Some of her face is in shadow, and her eyes are glowing yellow. In the lower left she is visible from the back, and from the hips up. She is resting her right hand on her hip, and turning her head to her right, looking behind her. Her face is visible from the right profile. On the right Tekla's whole body is visible. She seems almost like she's hovering in the air. Her hands and forearms are covered in blood, with some blood splattered across her front and face. She is holding a bloody knife in her lowered right hand. She is wiping her bloody lower face with her sleeve. Her face is, once again, partially obscured and her eyes are glowing yellow. On every sketch Tekla is wearing a knee-length yellow coat with short, padded sleeves, a linen-covered breasplate with a burgundy diagonal cross stiched over her left breast, textile sleeves with more X marks along their length, and has plate armored legs with dark pants and leather leggins underneath. On her head there is a pink bandana, and on her hips there are two purple belts with a knife and a sword in seathes, and several armored gauntlets - some worn to be used in battle, others worn as thropies.
