Honestly, one of my favorite submissions I've read. Martyring yourself into a perpetual stew is extremely Mörk Borg.

Pace is brutal, but in a fun way? I've been forcing myself to do it every day and it's turned me into a bit of a machine. Definitely a confidence booster that I can get shit done.

Aiming to feed a nigh-infinite supply if orphans in a dying world was thought a fool's errand. To that end, St. Rhyzan mixed herself into a perpetual stew, which has not emptied to this day- thanks to diligent monks & the generous donations of scum like you."

MÖRKTOBER day 9: Thorn

THE HARVESTER
The stars fall, and Melvung swallows them, and as the dawn breaks he bleeds onto the ground.
A year ago Franglein planted roses at the base of Melvung’s monolith. They soak up the blood and the star stuff, and they sprout thorns as thick and black as a broken thumb. Once a week Franglein comes to harvest them.
She wears gloves lined with lead and wool. Even still, the thorns whisper to her in languages that predate the world. She sells them to anyone willing to pay; merceneries seeking weapons that wound the soul, occultists who grind them into powder, the dying who hope to draw one more breath before the void takes them.
She knows where three other wizards are bound, and will tell you their locations for 500 silver each.

Starblood thorn
d4 damage. On a hit, Test Presence DR14 or hear the voices from beyond the stars and become distracted (−2 to all rolls) for d6 rounds.
When ground and consumed, restores d6 HP but permanently reduces Strength by 1. The user’s blood glows faintly in darkness.
