Picking a movie for tonight’s watch and had such a vivid flashback to when we used to have to call the number on the cable channel of the PPV movie we wanted to rent and wait for it to be activated. It would be nice if we could land somewhere between that and companies wanting to replace us with ai.

So today my therapist said that I am the only patient she has who feels guilt and shame for not being able to get to normal life things due to my #depression / #adhd paralysis. Others apparently just shrug and are like “nope, I didn’t do the thing.”
