If a person judges a whole community because of one individual (no matter if the person is true, embarassing or 'faking' or whatever) then I am sorry but the problem isnt the individual but the person judging

Got some compression/protection stuff for my Wrists and ankles and my joint already feel do much better.

Also feel like it helps with my hypermobility itself, like preventing/making me aware of overextending my joints?

Having 2 weeks off work and spending them all at home because my joints hate me is a classic 🙃

Crazy experiences in Therapy (1/???):

Critized for emotions because I was now a man.
Told my trauma doesnt matter because it doesnt happen to man (threw me out after).
Was obsessed with having me get a Hysterectomy.
Told me I was a silly thing when I said I want children as a trans man.

Last week I made it to a community autism hub, without my spouse acting as my social communication support.

While it was overwhelming it made me feel very proud of myself. I also really enjoyed being with other autistics.

At home I completely crashed down but it was worth it.
