Time to get ready. I finally get to wash my hair for the first time since I dyed it.
The longer you can let a red sit the better. I hate going 2 days, but I did it.
Mom & I have the same GI doctor and it is important for both of us. I had a big fight with her last time we spoke.
So wish us luck.

Wow. They are do for 24 inches of rain. I can't imagine.
They cant even see western Jamaica and it is 2 hrs away from landfall at a high end cat 5. They are trying to get one more navy plane in.

I am looking at possible serious health conditions,2 operations, vicious invasive tests. I am not going to do it for one sick love. The back up dog has real purpose.
Oh I am bloody depressed and on a sedative. Which takes me a year to go through 30 pills I am so bloody careful. I will shut up now

My family won't let me have another and they control my help. Don't they get one sick 11 yr old dog who happens to be my soul mate is not enough. if I lose him,we both are lost. I survive shit tons on pain & misery. My dogs keep me alive,A better human. They are not a luxury but life. All I need.

I am not asleep. I even took something. I have to be up in 6 hrs.I need a Chi. Life is no good with out one. I need balance one is for my heart & one is for my soul. I give up everything for them. I only buy the cheapest cloths when mine are too worn. I do nothing, I eat crap food so theirs is great

I do not want Kamala Harris to run again. She rolled over too quickly in an election full of irregularities and what has she done since? Write a book to make money. She has not been out there fighting like Gavin and Bernie.
She had the time to get the people to know her. She has failed in this.

and I agree with you on KH. She did not fight hard enough when they told her she lost this election, irregularities abound. But your right her post office time has been about the fight to stop some of this madness.

I got my 2 goals for the day done.
Laundry is done, bed is done and the air con in my room is done.
I still feel like I am getting something, body aches like when you get the flu, but it may be all the time I have been off of my Lupus meds & this might just be how much they do for me.

This is an interesting channel to have on when you are cleaning and dont want to be tied to the TV but you want to listen to something. They are just made up stories but some of them are really good. The narrators voice is kind of monotone. It works for me as I clean. Spooky or sort of Scifi
