We are preparing our advisories for the school year, and one task was to reflect on a meaningful advisor interaction we had in the past. In high school and college, all I recall is coaches or professors telling me some variation on "you don't fit in here"

I'm imagining a talent show but my talent is compliments. I ask the judges to tell me something they are proud of and I tell them all the ways they are amazing and that thing they are proud of is amazing.
