This year scheduling permitting, I am going to attend more of the local AI focused meetups. But beyond that, I will make it my mission to promote these. I have people ask me how to start learning or get more info on AI. Linkedin and BSKY are cool, but you have to get out there and talk and nertwork

I got to attend #connectamericas AI accelerator program last week. It was great to have Microsoft/Google/AWS representatives discuss AI challenges and solutions in spanish and help connect the US and latam. Don't sleep on #Latam #nearshoring there will get big. The talent is to numerous to ignore

Another thing I have found as of late is when I talk to employers in the AI space they seem to be interested more in engineers and coders. Sorry to break it to you but you also need #customersuccessmanagers and #projectmanagers to help your customers and make things run smoothly.

I was laid off in October and in the job hunt I have come across some interesting things as I focus on roles within AI. I had one company give me an assessment which showed me the prompts and I had to rate and review various responses based on accuracy, user intent, grammar and so on.

Here are some AI resources for educators. I believe firmly in closing the #digitaldivide especially in the #AI space. Educators have a strong role to play in this, we can't leave it to tech companies. My schools computer lab helped me get to where I am and the cycle has to repeat for this next gen.
