Honestly, yeah I’d appreciate it 🥲 I’d like my name present just to show design credit, but you don’t need to tag my account.

Especially cuz I love those adopts and the fact I wasn’t able to make more is a bit of a personal failure that still bothers me so I’m not too keen on seeing them atm :,)

Not to mention it’s extra frustrating cuz I don’t feel my old work represents me in the present. It’d be like your grade school photo being shown around as ‘what you look like now’ and that’s now how everyone sees you

Ironically, you’re compliment was offset by that final sentence, which was actually tbe whole point of this post 🥲 I know u meant it in a positive way, but when ppl like my older stuff more it makes me feel like I’m failing in the present.
Like my newer work is half quality of my older work

It makes me feel like my old work was ‘better’ and that extra sucks cuz it’s very hard to go backwards. So basically it’s telling me ppl prefer a style of my work that I’ll never be able to get back.

More like, I don’t feel it represents me anymore.
Like, if someone asked for a pic to see what u look like, you wouldn’t send them a pic from 6 months ago. You’d send them something more recent. Same thing

Also, it makes me feel ppl don’t like my new work, they like work from a bygone time more
