"Power creep" wouldn't exist if they simply added every character to the standard pool/ 50/50 loss pool after initial limited time run.

Would literally fix the major problem every company in this genre that says "We're trying to fix this"

I just don't think that adds up though because if you add each character to a standard banner over time then people are MORE incentivised to make more purchases if they really like specific characters and want to fully max them.

They would still see the same profit margins

I genuinely don't understand why in the big 25 we still have games like this so stuck in their ways that everything MUST give FOMO.

It's really not difficult to just add every new character to the standard banner after initial release, you lose absolutely nothing from doing it..

I think the problem with every major Gacha game right now is that unless you're a day 1 Andy and have been playing consistently since then you're kinda screwed

Like if you play a Gacha game rn and take a break for like 2/3 patches you're SO far behind in terms of powerscaling for missing characters
