May is Mental Health Awareness Month. The absolute BEST representation of anxiety I’ve ever seen was in Mackenzi Lee’s “The Nobleman’s Guide to Scandal and Shipwrecks.” The leech scene felt like it was pulled right out of my own head. The book is a love letter to people with anxiety and is a fave.
