yes!! i'm so tired of seeing "anti-*" everything in profiles. when huge amounts of people add this garbage to their bios, it makes it appear there is a mass problem when there likely isn't. also "thing i don't like/understand" often is labeled as one of those things as a catch all. which is insane.

Ironically, you're doing something important already: listing what is awesome in your life. a good job, good roommates, safe, etc. When you think bad thoughts, focus on these good things and literally ask yourself if the reality of your life matches the feelings. look up mindfulness therapy :D :D

I felt like this every second of my waking life until I started therapy. Now it's probably 50% and getting better. Social media & societal pressures have taught us to stop living in the moment and to constantly seek more even if we don't know what that means & to always worry about everything.
