All I wanted to do today was wash my hair and make art. I planned this since 7 pm last night. I’m so scared right now. I’m going to call a crisis hotline. I don’t think they can do much, but maybe talking to someone will get the panic attack to stop.

I got surgeries to fixing my lower back surgery fusion my S1 L4 L5. But something is wrong. My right hip and leg to foot. Burning painful high. Need a MRI to lower back to see what is causing the painful high. If anyone can help me paying bills. I can paybacks all the money after about 6 months.
