flowed well with the art style. The castle itself was mind boggling, and I can only imagine how it could've been rendered in a way that uses less RAM than Devastator from Transformers: revenge of the fallen (iykyk). Also, the music during Akaza's fight was awesome.

As the only anime movies I'm used to are the My Hero Academia movies (not including live action death note and pokemon) this was extremely impressive. The cinematography was spectacular. I only noticed a single point where the background explosion felt off, aside from that everything was smooth and

I feel like this movie would've done well as a three part special, as the beginning subplot, and the Akaza fight's two stages, seemed to very cleanly split. It's not bad that it was a movie, and frankly it was very cool, I just realized that it could've worked that way too.

First off, I definitely didn't think it was going to be 2 ½ hours long 😳 they sure milked those flashback sequences, huh?

Also, I'm fairly sure I wasn't actually caught up on the series but there weren't too many specific callbacks aside from, well, how they got there in the first place.

I feel like I don't even know how to post anymore. Like, I'm just basically journaling to an audience at this point. I'm not engaging any sort of conversation, nothing anyone can feasibly respond to. I'm just not even sure if social media is my thing anymore.

Using Google translate to help my little brother play a Chinese version of Pokemon bc we couldn't find an English version that was emulated properly. Man, some experiences are just so human.

My laptop's fan stopped working and now nobody can use it until I save enough money to fix it 🫠 we literally play everything on that thing and I don't want any of the components to melt

Three episodes into Akudama Drive and man, this animation is amazing! I sure hope it doesn't have a terrible rushed ending because their production team cut their funding and cancelled the show last minute. That would be awful.
