Happy Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles release day!
Whether you're new to Ivalice or simply returning, I hope you enjoy your stay!

A fun fact about her is that Elysea just learned (through RP) that she may be half-Amdaporian, due to lingering timey-wimey magical cloning experiments from a mad white magi from the War of the Magi era. 😵‍💫

12. She was mentally prepared, but still caught off guard by many things. Namely, she immediately became more self-conscious about how she dressed, and the differences of culture with Dalmasca predominantly being a more male dominated nation. Many things took adjustment to get used to 😂

11. Absolutely not. The path to her destiny has taken her too far, and changed her too much, to be able to ever seek return. Not that an exiled viera would be allowed back to begin with. She is often curious about how everyone is faring, though.

10. Of course, she left behind her brother to the Warders, her great-grandmother, as well as various friends she had made during her time there. She does not miss her mother, though, and is happy to be free of her. She is part of the reason she was finally exiled, after all.

9. Yes, a few. The biggest being, she would have left her younger sister in Skatay, instead of allowing her to exile herself alongside her in solidarity.

8d. The culmination of her turning her back on the Green Word three different times in a short period was what finally resulted in her exile. It was a judgment that she took gladly, as she felt her destiny lied elsewhere in the world.

8c. She was forgiven for cavorting for the enemy, but watched closely by her clan.

The final straw was her refusing to mate with a male of their new village, in exchange for forgiveness, and joining their clan. She attacked 3 different potential mates before finally being exiled by the elders.

8b. Her secret relationship with a Garlean officer, Hrjst. The Garlean invasion into Skatay was at a stalemate, and Ely assisted in the resistance effort. She was rescued by Hrjst during a battle, and the two fell in love, meeting in secret for many months. This liaison was discovered soon after.

8a. Her exile:

Upon the Wood Warders coming to take her kid brother, she protested and even attacked one of the Warder, breaking his nose. This act sparked suspicion amongst the village, as it is serious break in tradition amongst the veena. This was strike 1.

7. Paharo, in the far north of Skatay, near the Burn. A dreadful and inhospitable mountain territory that her mother moved from when her and her siblings were still young. She spent the second half of her time in Skatay in the lowlands near the Dalmascan border.
