Migraine management: consider haloperidol/droperidol
-Butyrophenones extremely effective in headache + nausea
-Haloperidol 5 mg or droperidol 2.5 mg IV fast + safe(PMID:27510942)
-Single dose highly unlikely to have clinically significant QTc effect

I see a lot of rural farmers at my work. It’s hilarious the number who would refuse to answer “who is the POTUS” during Biden presidency. Hope this is a wake up call for them
