My therapist and I have really been working on the many root contributions to the anxiety I take medication for.
It’s going well, and he asked if we should take a break.
And I said, in all seriousness, “um, no? At least not till after I pick out a Halloween costume.”

But being honest….
when the lady announced this new…era…I was a bit pre-exhausted that it would be so pervasive again.

It’s 8:30am and I am laying in bed on Sunday of a Bachelor Party weekend trying to force myself to get in the shower to leave for drag brunch in 30 mins after ending the poolside showtunes karaoke at 3am.
