The only sport i did was pilates on sunday lmao and 4 flights of stairs on tuesday.
I have asked a doctor and they said it i felt fine it’s ok 😅 and i do!! It’s usually surprising to me that my bpm is high cause i feel normal 🤔

Has anyone every tried acupuncture? How was it?
My neck and shoulder have been hurting on and off for years and nothing works. Physio stretches don't do anything it's like the muscle is bunched up. Chiro relieves pressure for a week then it's back. I think acupuncture might be the next thing I try
