I rather enjoyed Prompto and Ignis in FFXV. The power boy band dynamic kept that game alive and those two weaponized it the hardest

Baking for the past few weeks. As usual, I tend to fall off a bit from social media despite mentally trying to put myself out there. Mentality, life get in the way.

Three loaves of sourdough sandwich bread. Quite proud of how these came out.

Want to make more of this bread, as it's more fun and varied to enjoy.

Blueberry cream cheese sourdough loaf. Inspired by blueberry bagels, but kinda went all out with flavor. Was an office hit, with orange jam.

Chocolate Coffee Sourdough. No recipe, just went for it. A bit more bitter than intended, but that paired well with cherry jam.

Bakes over the holidays. Experimented with some food dye, and made a second attempt at challah bread braid. Also, some focaccia for friends, and my favorite crinkles for the office.

Sunken coat fallacy often gets me when I think about quitting gacha/subscription games, but I'm getting bored of trying to keep up. FOMO, etc. Too much going on.

Today was quite exhausting, but I felt more accomplished at work than I've felt in a long time. Many reports written, many jobs accomplished. Now in the hands of the boss.

Going to try to dig a bit more into this personal accountability and merit system in civilian office culture. The military generally over time, you earn promotions. I've learned in my time outside, you have to push, ask, and take the promotion for yourself.

Bread for the week - a milk sandwich bread for home, and the standard sourdough loaf for friends/the office. Everything pretty much ended up exactly how I wanted it. Low-osh hydration on both, I don't like to work with that level of dough. #bread #sourdough #baking
