Something a little different! For ages, there have been spurious times where I desired to make some small simple mobile game. Something arcade-style where you just score points.

Here's some damn banger music to listen to while game-devving. It's one of my favorites that I've come across lately. www.youtube.com/watch?v=7l9b...

Here's also a little video showcasing Scarlett's facial rig (at the time, I had only rigged up half of the face, but I later wrote a script that would copy and mirror it to the other side)

Here's a very cool woman: Scarlett! A character for a PS2/GCN style game project I've been writing story stuff for. As such, there isn't really any "gameplay footage" or anything. She was also interesting to work on because it was my first time doing a proper face-rig with little sliders and such.

Nope, my inspiration was actually Manifold Garden. I had another game idea with visuals (and seamless portals) much closer to that game, which I'll probably also show off at some point.

From a doom/quake FPS experiment project with seamless(ish) portals! Nice smooth slope/step movement! The rendering of the portals was solid enough until you got too close, to which it usually flickered a bit (also they did not draw the skybox, but that wasn't a priority at the time)

The latest experiment project thingy. A 3D platformer inspired by Super Mario 64, but with more basic movement of just jumping (done!) and punching (tbd)
We've got alternating L/R jump animations, walk/run animation based on move speed, "jiggle bones" for the ears and hair-tufts!

Some gameplay footage from an old retro horror game style thing. It was my first time doing 3D FPS gameplay ever! It was fun to code the little hand-pick-up GUI thing as well, even though it appears on objects too far away in this video.

10 years ago, I created Candy the Cat, and boy I could never have guessed what would follow! Happy 10th anniversary to this little blue mischievous kitty!
