I appreciate your apology, but if you asked me beforehand then you would then find out that I don't allow heavy reference from my art. Being inspired and using a similar pose or even color palette is fine! But direct reference is not something I appreciate. ^^ +

Original Character Fanfic description that reads

Emil betrayed his knighthood to give his prince a chance at a normal life after the King of Midgard died.
Through separation, imprisonment, and reunion, Emil found his way back to Prince Mattias.
Though Mattias is able to stand on his own now, Emil can never shake the old habit of protecting him, even if it means he still lives up to his dreaded nickname among former knights as "The Prince's guard dog."

"Ride with me," Mattias stated after he hitched up Emil's black horse to his own so it would follow.

"M-milord-" Emil dreaded the thought of riding back onto the castle grounds with Mattias; it wasn't unpleasant at all and Emil dreamed of times like this, but that's all they were-dreams. They should stay dreams lest someone try to put Emil back in his place where he belonged.

"I'm not offering," the prince stood firmly, now crossing his arms.
