Iβm sorry this is happening at UNL, Susan. There should be a requirement that all Executives pass basic statistical literacy before appointment. I donβt get why they donβt get their βmetricβ is rubbish and there is nothing data driven in their decision if they use faulty data. So appalling.

If you develop software, you may need greater thought/research about the interface design. There is a lot to learn from successful systems like #Tidyverse.
