Well… my parental leave with my second child has officially ended 🥺
I’m so grateful I got to spend six months with him but am also thrilled to be back at work!

In 30 years I can confidently say I have never once put something in the microwave for the right amount of time. It's either "surprise pockets of cold" or "every tastebud on my tongue has been burned off"

Well during my trip to Leeds I’ve had 2 hospital visits, one ambulance ride, an IV, and a steroid injection.
Thankfully I can breathe now… and talk… just in time for my conference talk 🤞🙇♀️😬

It’s taken me until nearly 30 years old to discern what makes a good friend. And while making and keeping friends as an adult is hard, I’d rather have one true friend in my corner than five superficial ones.

If you had told me as a young kid growing up in a small town in New York that one day I’d live in Stockholm, have a Finnish/Swedish husband, a Finnish/Swedish baby, and work at Spotify I would’ve cried. I am grateful 😭

I slowly stopped engaging on Twitter ever since I had my daughter 15 months ago. It was horrible for my mental health having keyboard trolls picking apart everything in my life.
Thank you to the Bluesky team for building this app ❤️ Really hoping the community stays uplifting.
