In a 6 mth intervention we applied the Behaviour Change Wheel with a national team. It ↑monitoring awareness, but ↔ adherence. Bottom line? The tool has potential—but only if able to be adapted to the fast changing demands of elite sport.

Well, every say is a school day...I just discovered MS Word has a secondary clipboard (The Spike) where you can cumulatively add text from different sections of your document and paste it all together elsewhere <mind blown>. Ctrl + F3 my new friend!
