The biggest lesson I've learned in 2025 is how to meet myself halfway. I HATE flossing, BUT if I take out the floss whenever I know I should, I'll actually get around to it. Nothing makes me feel dumber than setting something out for no reason. I WILL floss my teeth just so that I can put it away.
