The Workplace Psychological Safety Act just passed the Rhode Island Senate. That’s right: the Rhode Island Senate stood up for workers and said no more to psychological abuse on the job.

Next it moves to the Rhode Island House Labor Committee.
As long as we don't value women, we won't value feelings and embrace them as part of being human.
