had a mind shift after being laid off six months ago… this is a six months sabbatical. I took time to care of myself, spend time with my loved ones and deal with health issues. Sabbatical feels much more appropriate for this time. Little did I know I just needed a bit of a step back to see it

Given that I can still afford my rent but I have not found a new job yet.. and I still don’t feel like my place is my home.

Today I went to a baby store and met an olympics canadian skier. 🇨🇦❤️ I didn’t tell her I recognized her bc her daughter was waving at me and being the cutest 🥹 but it was such a precious/pinch me moment and I’ve always loved her so so much. 🥰🫶🏻
