Completed 1,000 climbing routes for the year. It would have been nice to have a slightly higher average rating, but I couldn’t really climb hard routes following “the incident.”

More cool new routes in the gym. The white 5.10a is my favorite of these routes so far. The start was pretty awkward.

The start of this 5.13 was surprisingly doable. Absolutely no way I was going any higher. There are some cool new routes set at the gym right now.

Starting to get back into climbing 5.10s after a finger tendon injury 2 months ago. Still not touching crimps though.
Here’s a white 5.10b. The footholds at the top were pretty slippery.

Probably pulley related. That finger is weaker than the others now and I can’t put weight on it, so only easy climbs with jugs for me for a while.
I’ve had finger injuries before when bouldering, but never one that felt or sounded like that.

You don’t have to pay. I’ve been using Buffer to schedule posts for multiple platforms, including Bluesky, for years. “Refill anytime” just means that once a scheduled post goes live, that one of your 10 slots opens up again. You only have to pay to have more than 10 posts scheduled at once.

Climbing session ended early tonight after I felt and heard a crack/snap in my lefthand middle finger on a crimp. I was able to move it, so hopefully it isn’t too bad.

Cooked up this Dragonite ex deck in Pokémon TCG Pocket the other day and it’s been pretty consistent. Dragon decks are finally usable.
