It was sort of a relief that there is a bit of time to perhaps change direction. Ospreys and Scarlets will be feeling a bit unsettled though.

Great couple of miles #walk home from #work this afternoon. All up hill but it looked lovely. Cuppa and a chocolate digestive before a shower, quick change and rugby on the telly. Tidy.

No #work today so I’ve had a #walk to the #charityshop and picked up a #polydor compilation a #Fly compilation and a #GeorgieFame record. They need a good clean but they dont seem to be marked at all.

We seem to have the same pathway problem too. There has been dwindling numbers of players generally and a lot of old town and village team’s struggling to put teams out and even having to close the clubs. The crowds are poor at all levels because of the poor standard. It’s a huge problem.

The Stormers looked good and easily won. It’s grim here again this season. The squads look weak and I think a bit unfit. They have the threat of being cut and rumours of a players strike. It’s sad for us that we have sunk so low and I’m not sure what can be done to put it back in the right track.

Home from #work, showered, changed and fed. Heavy work today clearing an old outbuilding. If the contents had been dry there might have been some nice old furniture in there but years of rain getting in through the roof had ruined the lot. The building is cleared and ready for repair now though. 👍
