Bought a new iPhone for my dad and the Signal transfer took longer than the entire iPhone transfer. We had to wait in the store for hours. How come it isn't part of the iPhone transfer? I get not wanting to keep app data on iCloud, but we used a wire transfer and I think that's secure enough.

Received a phishing email that hosts the form on Cloudflare R2. Submitted an abuse report and got an automated reject because it couldn't recognize the fact that the phishing form is generated first by a proxy URL. Replied with more details and got rebuffed by another automated page. WTF, Cloudflare

Microsoft Teams is the absolute worst. This is on Firefox and the Files tab won't load because of integrity issues with their scripts.

Same site, left is Firefox and right is Chrome. FOUC on the cards. My guess is the rotation of the cards (when in desktop size) as well as the lack of View Transition support screw up Firefox's rendering.

What's up with people posting their crash logs with some LLM bullshit interpretation added next to it? Yes developers would like to see what your LLM shat out instead of looking at the actual crash log and determining the root cause. github.com/tailscale/ta...

Best part about the universal back on Android is that every task stacks up. If I'm working on app A and get an urgent notification on app B, I know that once I finish on B, as long as I keep pressing back I'll end up on what I was working on at A. And there's no limit to how many apps you can stack.

Google should just buy and integrate Tasker into Android already. Even Samsung has their Routines, and that can't be hooked into by developers because they don't provide an API/SDK. Apple's Shortcuts is just a ridiculously good idea.
