"Nobody wants to work anymore!"

Is that true? Because five years ago, my store had 45 people on staff, and now, we only have 15. We've learned to make it work (not well), and that means corporate won't justify hiring anyone else...

Do people not want to work, or are the jobs gone?

I had a not-very-old customer come in looking for a book on the most recent iPhone. We didn't have one. She then proceeded to tell me the App Store has been recommending apps for her, and she needs to learn why it is doing that. That's what she needed the book for.
