Just got an update, biz insurance is $4 k this month. Plus we owe $3k in Jan rent.
Down town energy is great with all the fan activities around the Super Bowl. Some streets are closed, so as always, consider BART and Muni, EROS is only 2 blocks from Powell Street Stations.
