i’ve stolen a trait from one of my OC’s and transferred it to logan for this one hehe—his lower jaw slides forward and splits at the middle to open up reaaal wide, and his esophagus & digestive organs are extremely elastic. his stomach is lower and longer than his human torso would suggest

Wade goes very still.

Early depictions of the Golden Serpent pictured it as a man with a snake’s tail and goat-like horns. Over time, it became a simple snake with golden scales and emerald eyes. Apparently, early drawings were the most accurate.

There is no mistaking him. A man’s torso, broad shoulders and a surprisingly furry chest and abs, hips that break out in dazzling golden scales and give way to an impossibly long, thick tail. No horns, though. The Serpent’s hair is long, brown with a bronze luster to it, with charming cowlicks on either side. He can see how the silhouette of such a creature could seem like a horned monster. In the firelight, though, he’s glorious. It dances gleefully across his golden jewelry which somehow seems dull in comparison to his scales.

“Holy fucking shit,” Wade breathes.

The Serpent approaches.

“Are you gonna eat me?”

That seems to take the Serpent off guard. “Well…yeah.”

I look like Trixie Mattel and Freddy Krueger got blotto drunk, ended up in a hotel room together and forgot to wrap it before tapping it."
"And maybe I'm into that," Wolvie says. "Roll over."
"I am a strong, independent, hot-blooded Canadian man, not your trained labradoodle." Wade rolls over anyway. "So, what you're saying is you're into burn victims with hyper-eczema? You really wanna stick it in two-hundred pounds of sentient raw hamburger meat? That's sick, man. Woop! Jesus!"
Wolvie didn't so much as warn him before spreading his cheeks and spitting on his asshole like a three-dollar hooker. Used to be two dollars, but you know, inflation.
"There goes that mouth again." Wolvie's rubbing the pads of his fingers over Wade's hole, but that's it. Just teasing him.
Wade chances a look over his shoulder. "You're not gonna tell me to shut up?
Y'know, I'll talk less if you give me somethin' to chew on."
