A bomb cyclone, bringing with it high winds and heavy snow, and an Arctic blast bringing freezing temperatures have hit the eastern U.S. this weekend, according to weather reports. Heavy snow made driving conditions difficult for many, in this video filmed in southern Virginia, a truck is seen stuck on the road.
