I fortunately haven't seen any "3D platformers are dying / dead" claims lately, but just in case that claim's still lingering, here's a list of *some* of the 3D platformers that are (as far as I'm aware) currently slated to release in 2026.

I do SAGE yearly and on the Sonic side, you get some great stuff like Sonic Triple Trouble 16-bit, or even well done ports or mods, but a lot of creators left Sonic behind to do much cooler original ideas instead. Those games are where it’s at, but even they get subject to the same expectations
