Gödel’s incompleteness theorems showed that no powerful formal system can be both complete and consistent. Some took this as support for mystical or theological claims beyond proof.

We will sell the ceramic bowls we made and fired last month, and serve soup to participants. Proceeds will benefit the families of detainees at Delaney Hall, the immigrant detention center in Newark.

Empty Bowls is a grassroots movement to raise money for feeding the hungry locally.
