problem is, idk if these are sun rays cuz some of these "lines" look more polygonal and also the dotted, blocky like look could just be from the stream processing being kinda slow

ok i gave it a goog and it might be from the fact that the sun rays are on. apparently, black dotted lines can appear when the sun rays are on and all of these screenshots were taken while the sun was out.
