On the one hand publishing televote volumes makes a handy guide on which ones are cheapest to buy, but on the other, it's happening so much anyway may as well blow the thing up and restart with new rules.

Am I remembering right that Fan Wisdom says this reduces the chance of a Nordic win because their block votes get spread across more options?
