Absolutely. I lost my husband last year, developed kidney failure, got a 39k bill insurance didn’t want to cover, lost insurance because they claimed I had a preexisting condition now and I had to have a higher cost plan, lost my business from the amount of medical bills I was collecting.

This is the second year without my husband, and I’m hurting going into the holidays again, in what is normally my favorite time of the year. I met a bunch of new friends on Minecraft servers and yesterday was once of the funniest and nicest day just playing with friends I’ve had in a while.

Morning is when your brain produces the most amount of ACTH which is the hormone your brain sends to your adrenal glands to make cortisol to get your body up and running for the day. Cortisol is also the stress hormone, so it makes sense. A cut of tea in the morning might help a bit, sending love

I’ve been working on a little base in Minecraft lol, since my body is physically weak and I can’t get my brain energy in normal ways while I’m still dealing with my kidneys shutting down I’ve been doing a little building. My sister convinced me to play with her on the Earth SMP and then abandoned me

Massive duck like shaped plan view of my base I’ve created on Minecraft Mineville server that has literally been both the bane of my existence and the most fun I’ve had while my body dies.

I think it’s also a bit interesting how SNAP and other food programs help prop up the dairy industry. And how this will likely also affect farmers again on yet another front.
