Yeah Aquaman, Batman, and Animal Man are definitely N52 comics I really liked. Also the Azarello Wonder Woman and a few of the crossovers.

I want to read or re-read a few of them on DCU Infinite and then write another blog post later this year.

I read some New 52 comics I had in storage and… woof.

I bought into the relaunch hype HARD in 2011-2013 but fell off quite sharply after. DC Comics is in a much stronger place now than they were 10+ years ago.

Blood, Bath, & Beyond won AGAIN last night after a rollercoaster ride of a game.

1st place at the half, then a drop to 5th before the finale, then a leap back into 1st on the last question!

The night’s heroes were MSNBC’s Power Lunch and the American Chemical Society mascot Professor Molenium.

The administration just issued a rule slashing foreign agricultural worker wages. And to justify it, in a public filing, Trump's Labor Department alleges that Trump's immigration enforcement has devastated the Ag workforce and caused a "risk of supply shock-induced food shortages."

I’m at 10 clears in Hades 2 and I think I can roll credits by tomorrow night.

The story isn’t quite as affecting as that of Hades 1, but the dialog, art direction, soundtrack, and core gameplay loop are as good or better. And Hades is one of my favorite games of all time.

Well, I still haven’t beaten Dawntrail, but I’m leveling the shit out of alternate jobs lol.

I think getting all jobs to 90 is within reach, but that Bozjan gear… might be a struggle.

Bloodbath & Beyond brought home a win yesterday! We were in first place throughout, and the final question was some 1940s postwar trivia that everyone got wrong.

A few of our keys to victory included Payday candy bars, the 1996 film Sling Blade, and the 1798 poem The Rime of the Ancient Mariner.

The amount of Magic: The Gathering news news is overwhelming and too numerous to mention here. But I definitely want that FF1 scene box.

(And maybe one of the PlayStation drops? They’re releasing SEVEN of them, which is too many.)

Earlier this week I renewed my long-abandoned DC Universe Infinite subscription so I could catch up on modern comics and revisit some old favorites.

I’m going to write some comics reviews on my blog very soon, but these four are my favorite recent books. All of them are dope.

Finished 4th in a crowded field at trivia last night, despite getting the final question right (it was about the iconic Miss Piggy). But we’ll be back next week!

A few of the topics that burned us last night include carbon dioxide, the NFL’s Jim Marshall, and the singer Role Model (who the fuck?).
